Green bananas and ox-tail

I have added ox tail in this recipe to help create natural flavor instead of using bouillon.

Please do not use plantain, use regular green bananas.

      I am very happy that someone likes this dish as much as I do. You can never get tired of this. The ox tail and bananas is a wonderful combination.
