I would purchase several copies, if ths is available before September. Our town is celebrating our “Taste of Buffalo” annual event, and will alo celebrate our sister city relationship with BUKOBA, TZ. How perfect to have a Taste Of Tanzania cookbook to share at our Tanzania food booth at Taste of Buffalo!!
